House Rules:
🚭No smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. Any violations of this rule may result in a fine.
🐶😺Pets allowed: Each Pet weighing less than 20 lbs are allowed in our rental home, but require prior approval plus additional fee, $100 per pet. Please advise us before bringing any pets.
PLEASE DON’T LET THEM GET ON THE BED OR SOFA AND SECOND FLOOR
BECAUSE THERE IS A CARPET, we love pets but we need to keep the house really clean💗
🌙Quiet hours: Please respect quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM to ensure a peaceful experience for everyone.
👥Maximum occupancy: The home accommodates up to 14 guests. Any additional guests must be approved in advance and may incur an extra fee.
🛁POOL: Guests are welcome to use the pool, but must observe all safety rules. Children must be supervised at all times. There is an additional fee of $100 if you would like to heat the pool.
🙅♀️No parties: Parties or large events are strictly prohibited. Violating this rule may result in immediate eviction and loss of rental fees.
🕑Check-in and Check-out: Check-in time is at 4 pm and check-out time is at 10 am to allow time for cleaning and preparation for the next guests.
⏰Late Check-Out: There is a charge of $50 per hour for any late check-out beyond the scheduled time of 10 AM, as we need to prepare the property for incoming guests.
🏍️Motorcycles: Please note that motorcycles are not allowed in the condominium.
🎇Damages: Guests will be held responsible for any damages to the property or its contents caused by themselves or their guests. Please report any damages or issues to us as soon as possible.
