🐶🐱 Pets allowed: Each Pet weighing less than 20 lbs are allowed in our rental home, but require prior approval plus additional fee. Please advise us before bringing any pets. PLEASE DON’T LET THEM GET ON THE BED OR SOFA AND SECOND FLOOR BECAUSE THERE IS A CARPET, we love pets but we need to keep the house really clean ❤️

🌙 Quiet hours: Please be respectful of our neighbors and observe quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am.

👥 Maximum occupancy: The maximum number of guests allowed to stay in the house is 12. Additional guests are not allowed without prior approval and may result in an additional fee.

🛀 Jetted tub: Guests are welcome to use the jetted tub, but must observe all safety rules. Children must be supervised at all times.

💥 No parties: Parties or events of any kind are strictly prohibited. Violation of this rule may result in immediate eviction and loss of rental fees.

🕑 Check-in and Check-out: Check-in time is at 4 pm and check-out time is at 10 am to allow time for cleaning and preparation for the next guests.

💥 Damages: Guests will be held responsible for any damages to the property or its contents caused by themselves or their guests. Please report any damages or issues to us as soon as possible.

🍖BBQ grill is available for a fee of 20 USD for the entire stay. If not left fully clean,there will be an additional charge of 100 USD.
